Urgent Appointment

To request an urgent appointment for today or tomorrow (Monday to Friday):

  • phone us on 01923 845 945, Monday to Friday from 8am to 6:30pm
  • visit the surgery and speak with a receptionist, Monday to Friday from 8am to 6:30pm

When you get in touch, we’ll ask what you need help with.

We will use the information you give us to choose the most suitable doctor, nurse or health professional to help you.

Routine Appointment

To request a routine appointment in the next 7 days:

  • use Patient Access Monday to Friday from 8am to 6:30pm
  • phone us on 01923 845 945, Monday to Friday from 8am to 6:30pm
  • visit the surgery and speak with a receptionist, Monday to Friday from 8am to 6:30pm
  • use your NHS account (through the NHS website or NHS App) to book a screening test or vaccination

When you get in touch, we’ll ask what you need help with.

We will use the information you give us to choose the most suitable doctor, nurse or health professional to help you.

Your Appointment

However you choose to contact us, we may offer you a consultation:

  • by phone
  • face to face at the surgery

Appointments by phone call can be more flexible and often means you get help sooner.

Cancelling or Changing an Appointment

To cancel your appointment:

  • use your NHS account (through the NHS website or NHS App)
  • using the GP online system – Patient Access
  • phone us on 01923 845 945, Monday to Friday from 8am to 6:30pm
  • reply CANCEL to your appointment reminder text message

If you need help when we are closed

If you need medical help now, use NHS 111 online or Call 111.

NHS 111 online is for people aged 5 and over. Call 111 if you need help for a child under 5.

Call 999 in a medical or mental health emergency. This is when someone is seriously ill or injured and their life is at risk.

If you need help with your appointment

Please tell us:

  • if there’s a specific doctor, nurse or other health professional you would prefer to respond
  • if you would prefer to consult with the doctor or nurse and by phone or face-to-face
  • if you need an interpreter
  • if you have any other access or communication needs

Home Visits

We offer home visits for unwell patients who are housebound. To request a home visit, kindly contact the practice before 10:30am.

Home Visits are conducted between 1pm - 3pm.

For any urgent and serious medical emergencies please call 999.

Teaching and Training

The Practice is a training practice and our patients will be expected to see GP Registrars as well as Partners. Please feel reassured that these young doctors are highly competent and work under the supervision of the trainers.

At times during consultations one of our training doctors will be present, if you have any concerns with this please speak to your doctor.

From time to time senior medical students will accompany doctors and nurses during their work. If you do not wish to be seen with a medical student please let the receptionist or the doctors know.

Hillingdon Primary Care Confederation

Same Day Urgent Care and Extended Hours GP Service Across Hillingdon

There are appointments with GPs and nurses available to book for patients n one of the three HUB sites across Hillingdon, and all patients from registered Confederation practices across Hillingdon will have access through their practice to book one if available to them.

Eastbury Surgery can use it's allocation, if available, to book appointments into the North Hub at Pembroke Centre.
